Boycott of Samsung

You bunch of thieves! You promised netal s4 and s5 and now you plan to rip off your loyal customers by releasing a s5 prime with higher pruce when you know full well the s5 should have been metal! I will never buy samsung again. Hope your company goes bankrupt you bunch of robbers

I TOTALLY AGREE THAT SAMSUNG AFTERSALES SUPPORT SUCKS!!! WE BOUGHT A SAMSUNG NOTE II AND HAD TO GET THE PHONE REPLACED AFTER A DAY BECAUSE IT WAS BUSTED. AFTER ANOTHER TWO WEEKS OF WORKING WITH THE REPLACEMENT UNIT, IT SHOWS SIGNS OF INTERMITTENT HARDWARE PROBLEM WHEREIN THE EARPIECE DOESN'T WORK IN A CALL. WE TRIED TO BRING IT BACK TO A SAMSUNG STORE BUT WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY CAN ONLY DO SERVICE --- MEANING THEY WILL TINKER WITH THE UNIT ENDING US UP WITH A "RECONDITIONED" PHONE!!! THEIR WARRANTY/SUPPORT SUCKS BECAUSE THEY HAVE GIVEN US TWO BUSTED PHONES AND CAN ONLY TELL US THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO OPEN THE WHOLE UNIT AND PLAY WITH IT!!! AND OF COURSE, THE SUPPORT LADY IS FAR TOO ARROGANT TO DEAL WITH AND THEN SHE HID AFTER GIVING US STUPID RETORTS!!!

STICK WITH NOKIA OR APPLE BECAUSE SAMSUNG SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i bought  a brand new 42 samsung plasma i only use it for 3weeks,went on a deployment for about a yr came back and the tv turn on and off but no pictures shows. well i guess i should have known better because the last time I bought samsung, a big line was draw in the middle after just 1 month of using it. well the company don't wanna switch or fix this tv for me for free because they claimed is out of warranty. So I have a perfect plan. Iam gonna make a video of me and my friends smashing the flash screen tv infront of the camera and upload it on youtube and broadcast it to all over the world just to show everyone how piece of junk samsung tv is. So watch out samsung if this is how you gonna treat a navy vet.

We purchased a Samsung Front Load Washer and a Large Capacity Dryer in November of 2008. The washer has always stunk because of sitting water which you cannot reach to wipe away. The door can be wiped which we do but the water is somewhere else. Samsung has no answers for this problem. In talking with other people who have this same model it was recommended that we use Washing Machine Cleaner to help mask the odor. Seems like Samsung should consider a redesign to eliminate this problem

The dryer has a plastic cover (which seems to have no purpose)on the inside of the door. The cover kept falling off because the  plastic tabs which hold the cover onto the door broke off about a month after the warantee expired. Samsung would not replace the cover but were nice enough to tell me where I could buy a new one (Thanks!). This is certainly a design flaw and should have been replaced by Samsung at no cost to us. Recently the dryer element went bad and we spent $215.00 to replace it. The new element won't dry clothes as fast as the old one and you have to set the dryer on HIGH to dry the clothes in a reasonable time. Considering we are a retired couple with no children around and we don't have to wash & dry our dress clothes these units should certainly last longer than they have. 

We were planning to buy a Samsung Smart TV and a Samsung Galaxy phone but that won't be happening. I guess everyone has to buy one Samsung product before they learn the lesson. Save yourself some grief and money and DON'T BUY SAMSUNG!!!!

I bought a samsung cellphone for my son, he just used it for a couple of months then i went to their service center and told us to bring to another service center and from that service center tld us us to proceed to another service center 100 kms away. Instead i brought to a repair shop where they reformatted 3 times i a span of 1 month. After the repairman told us the model we bought is likely to break again and is considered disposable now i'm just waiting for the right time to palnt explosive and throw it away in one of the sevice centers maybe the main will do. XXXX you Samsung I'll never buy any gadgets or appliances never!

it was really badly i lived in argentina.the oficial service didn't give me any solucion.i spoke with the customer central samsung in  buenos aires they told me a big tale

and didn't receipt any solucion i feel scammed for the company i recomment to the people do not purchase any product samsung are like shit

The Samsung attack on Apple across the world and the attempt by Samsung to block Apple's 4S release to markets out side of the US, should be met with a mass US Boycott of Samsung

I have purchased an oven model BF641FST which broke down in the first four weeks.  When the engineer came to repair it he let me know that there was a fault with this product and that it would continue to break down as he had similar experiences with another customer.  I confronted samsung and the retailer with this information and asked for a replacement product or a full refund and was told I couldn't.  The product broke down again a few months later and again they came to repair it.  It has now broken down again and I cannot even get through to anyone via the phone numbers issued on your website or on the product manual.  This product has inconvenience my family very much.  Tomorrow is my son's 11th birthday and we were supposed to having a party at home but that cant go ahead now because all the food I bought to cook needs to be cooked in an oven.  I am a single parent with 3 children and work but I had to save for a whole year to buy this product.  I bought it in good faith and I am sure you can imagine the frustration and disappointed.  They wont replace this product.  This experience has totally distroyed my faith in Samsung products.  I feel Samsung have robbed me.  I am left with a non working oven and I cant even get through to samsung and nor have they replied to any of my correspondence.
