Boycott of Sallie Mae

Sallie Mae allowed loans to be placed in my name and signed for because I had good credit.  The abuse and fraud that was allowed has been hell to fight.  I have spent YEARS tryng to get this taken care of with no response from Sallie Mae. I am now trying to find an Attorney to assist on this matter.  This is the only company in the world that is allowed to do this, and leave people like me out there to hang.   Please feel free to contact me if I can help anyone out there.

Sallie Mae is allowing ID Theft and Fraud by allowing our identities to be outsourced. Three loans have been taken out in my name, and Sallie Mae is accusing me of doing this myself. I have not been able to talk with one person who has English as their 1st language. The fact that my own ID has been allowed to to outside of the United States is frightening.

Today I called Sallie Mae to set up a payment plan only to find out that they sold my account to some other company and the payment plan that they wanted to set me up with is just too much. On top of that, they took my tax refund.
I thought Sallie Mae was here to help the people, but if this is the type of help they're giving. Then they are no better than mobster loan sharks. I hope they get shut down and good riddings.

these people are relentess bunch of scumbags. they sold my loan to another company. then still tried to come after me. the federal goverment stole my refund for 3 years because these people rufused to work with me on  payment plan i could fford. im finally starting to get my credit back on track after 7 years and enough stress to cause a coranary.

I'm a cosigner on my son's student loan account.  I have been trying to contact a U.S. born (and still lives in the U.S.) human being in their customer service department for some time.  The only human I can get is at a call center in the Philippines.  (Do you know how little those people get paid to upset the daylights out of you?).  I hate Sallie Mae.  AND they can't help me.

I have never had a loan with Sallie Mae.  They call mercilessly: Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, the day after...Yet therre is no 'person' to speak to in order to stop the calls.  Every day it is a pre recorded message but never can you get a human to complain to.
