Boycott Description

I did hotel reservation thru Priceline for 3 days but we arrived the hotel, we were told that our room were located in smoking area. The website never mentioned if its smoking or non-smoking so i dont have anyway to know. The hotel manager was rude so we decided to check first the room if we can tolerate the smell. Unfortunately, upon we enterred the room, it was dirty and barely breath because of strong cigarette smell. We went back to the hotal manager and negotiated if we can upgrade our room without additional fee. However the hotel manage was so inconsiderate and blaming the priceline for the misunderstanding. I called Priceline 3x but they can't resolve the problem. I negotiated with the hotel manager that I'm willing to pay for one night and just cancel the remaing days. The manager and hotel staff was so inconsiderate and shouting that thier system will not allow it. It was so frustrating, we were in the hotel lobby for 3 hours and no resolution was made. We decided to leave the hotel and i know that I'll be charged $ 434.91 without using thier service. It was the worst experience i had regarding hotel reservation. Boycott this hotel and boycott Priceline.

Boycott Demands

Rodeway Inn should not charged me for anything because of the emotional and physical stress that i had. I tried to negotiate with them but the manager wqs so inconsiderate and Priceline failed to resolve the issue.
