Stay away from Primus at all costs. Their services are being promoted by Costco. This company is extremely bullying and difficult. Always have lots of unspecified charges they do not want to explain. Their customer service is never available and line always busy.

Boycott Demands

Remove this so called Primus from the market so they will no longer steal from customers or lie to them.
