Priceline is a piece of crap! Do NOT use Priceline! Such a bad bad company which is tricking you over and over to inappropriately seize your money. Customer Service there? It is a joke; you always routed to a stupid brain-damage robotic agent in the sweaty Manila Philippines who is trained to say “no, we can not do this, we can not do that”; basically she was trained to negate everything and deny everything and refused anything in a polite manner (some people call it polite, but I am so sick of the Philippines retarded agents as if they were a plague; Please- give me a rude fast-thinking New-Yorker and I will be happy; why is that that I live in America and have to deal with the dreaded Philippines all day long???!!! There is no way you can connect to “real” people, or American based agents, and all that Philippines low-life agent knows how to say in her broken English is “Sorry”, just like they instructed her, to throw you to the dogs. They already took your money upfront, right?
In my case it is legally clear that whenever there is a schedule change invoked by the airlines prior to departure, the customer has to be notified and have the option to cancel or accept the new change. The firkin Priceline did not ask me or consulted with me, but made the change immediately to my ticket without my consent! The fact is that I can NOT fly in the new schedule and timing. But THEY made the change, notifying me by email that a change was made based on “our discussion”. You firkin liars, there was no discussion and no consent! After I got them on phone, after 40 minutes of hold time, they refused to cancel, even if it was 3 months before departure giving them sufficient time to resell the seat; and even if I offered to get a credit with Priceline and purchase another itinerary. Called again asked for supervisor, she refused again. ($1000 loss). Terrible company! Do not use them, ever! They are there to trick you in all possible manners.
