Boycott Polaroid!

Boycott Description

This boycott is for ALL Polaroid products due to lack of customer support and ability to contact the company at any level.

Polaroid does not support it's products in any form or fashion with updates, software downloads and customer support that is reachable.

All phones numbers on the site, polaroid.com are either disconnected or do nothing but click. The email contact form does not send. There is no customer support chat option. For all purposes to consumers, this is a "ghost" company.

As a consumer with various Polaroid products in my household, I am now learning this and will never buy a product with the label of Polaroid on it due to this.

Boycott Demands

That Polaroid revamp the website with contact phone numbers that are answered and/or working. The possible chat for consumer issues, and a valid email contact.

That Polaroid offer consumers the option to download software, no matter the age, from their site, as a means of consumer support.

Customer "Service"

Yeah right! Where's my TV?? It's been in a "service" center for almost two months, and I am paying the cable bill w/out a tv.
