I placed an order about an hour before they closed and paid with a credit card. The website said it would arrive at 10:53PM. I call at 10:57 because I have not seen my food, and they close at 11. Hence my concern. When I called I spoke to the person that addressed themselves as the "manager". He told me that my order was canceled due to my credit card being declined, and when they tried calling me the phone number on my account called someone who they claimed had never heard of me.
Credit cards get declined, charges dont go through, things happen with credit cards. Oh well, but the phone number on my profile is the same one I have used on the same profile for the same Pizza Hut for the past 3 years. When we were about the deliver your order we noticed your card was declined. When we tried to contact you the people said they had never heard of that person. This is a new profile with our store, so maybe you guys entered in your information wrong. This is when I knew the guy was B.S.ing with us. Same profile, same phone number, same credit card for the past 3 years.
