Paypal has no clear customer service, available, at-least for us here in Australia.. I couldn't even locate a phone number to call some one regarding my problem in their website. This is as a customer.
As a software developer, they have worst API solutions. 100 different versions and types of API to do the same thing, without proper documentation in any one of them. Different people have different ideas on how it works, but it clearly lacks a clear guideline and documentation.
Paypal sucks bigtime in many grounds. Paypal is arrogant and deserves to be boycotted!
