Boycott Description

I have been using a garbage NETGEAR router N150 WNR1000 for 4 months without having any connection issues. However the range was very very low until I decided to upgrade the preposterous firmware. That gave me a weird wireless connection. This "best" connection could only be established within 10 feet radies of the NETGEAR garbage. I went to Staples and exchanged the router after having conversation with the manager. NEW router prompted me to upgrade. it was working OK before upgrading and i experienced the same problem after upgrading. NOW calling customer service was another horrifying experience. I say screw those INDIAN smelly customer service agents and hire some American professionals who atleast know what they are saying or doing. I called them 6 times and after waiting at least one 20 minutes finally got connected to "tech support" and this is what i got, "Sir we are having serious difficulty hearing your voice". I finally gave. NO more NETGEAR products in my house. Period

Boycott Demands

Demand is simple. HIRE AMERICAN CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDERS ONLY!!!!!!!!! NO MORE MESSING AROUND WITH CURRY SMELLING INDIANS WHO CAN ONLY UNDERSTAND THICK INDIAN ACCENTS.

It is totally outrageous that phone calls for tech support has to go to India. This is AMERICA. I am not Indian therefore I do not speak Indian. I finally got rid of my Netgear router and am buying a Linksys. Netgear support sucks, they screwed up my IP address and then tried to sell me a service contract. I had no clue what the woman and then a guy on the other end was telling me.
