Netzero charges fraudulently

If you ever have bad luck to purchase a new home netzeroDSL will keep charging you 25.90 a month even though they cannot provide you a service. They will charge you 150 early termination fee. In my case I was told I could pay 120 to avoid early termination. OK fine even though they cant provide a service to me. Now Im told after 9 months of no service paying 25.90 a month for a total of 233.10 (with no service) because I called 5 days before my contracted was to expire I would have to pay an additional 150.00 termination FEE? Are you frigging out of your mind! I asked them to terminate this account on the date it is schedule to terminate. They said They cannot do it? WTF Kind of company does business like this and stays in Business? If I dont recieve a refund over the 120.00 that was agreed on which leaves a credit of 123.10 I'm going to change my e-mail address to BoycottNetzeroDSL@myserver

and add this information on my profile , I'll blog on every possible website, access all free gamesites showing how they fraudently charge customers.

Here's My Advice to you. Avoid Netzero Like The Plague!

Netzero Rip-off!!!

I canceled my Netzero dial-up service in March 2011. I did not agree to continue the email service (free for 3 months, $11.43/month thereafter) but I was charged the $11.43 on July 2! What a rip-off! Now I'm supposed to wait get my money back one to two billing cycles for a refund. For my money. I had to wait on hold for 5 minutes to talk to a supervisor to get my money back in three days. Netzero took my money without my consent.

Criminal!

After canceling my dial-up account because they have no local number. They charged me 11.17 for a useless email account. First month was free. I never used it, did not want it. I was never informed that I would be billed. When i called them and complained and threatened, they told me thet would credit my card. This is criminal, but most folks don't notice it.

I canceled my zetzero account 8 months ago. About 5 months ago I noticed that they were still charging my checking acoount. I called them and was told that it would be taken care of. NOT! I am still getting charged 7.94 evey month!

i tryed to get net zero but didn t they billed my credit card 33.15 for nothing and i want my money back because i dont have them and they know this just i just want my money
