Dawn, are you kidding me right now? Just because YOU dont have a problem with QUALITY customer service and happen to think that magicjack is EXEMPT from this due to how cheap it is doesnt mean the rest of us feel that way and it doesnt even mean that its right!!
Folks, DONT listen to Dawn! Just because a product doesnt cost you as much DOESNT mean they dont have to provide quality customer service!
Heck, I have neen so misteated by their customer service it is mind boggling. They CONDONE bad behavior and now Im thinking they even encourage it. Not only have I been hung up on repeadedly or disconnected from the phone or chat, but I have been called names such as LIAR and Dory even threatened me telling me "watch your back". With people like "Dawn" saying things like that, that only cements their customer service reps into thinking its OK to treat customers any ole way they want to. And Im NOT gonna walk on eggshells for these people. Im NOT gonna kiss their behinds and Im sick and tired of them acting like their doing me some big favor by speaking to me. Its NOT a FAVOR! Its your job! Heck, without me,the customer, your job position wouldnt even exist and Dan Borislow and his comrades wouldnt have made millions off of it! Im so sick of them having this overall attitude like they did me this big ole favor by selling me magicjack and by speaking to me in chat. They should provide QUALITY and PRFESSIONAL customer service like any other company. I have tried over 10 times to contact and speak with someone about the threat and nobody will assist me. I have contacted the family attorney who has put me in touch with another attorney and that one is contacting Gloria Allred today. Where this goes, I dont know. But, we are going to make the biggest stink about it until it goes national. Watch. Stay tuned. Im DONE playin games with these people. If u fuucck with the bull....you get the horns.
Not only am I joining the boycott, but I am creating websites and homepages about it. Me and 2 friends just bought paper and we are going to print my experiece on the paper and place it under peoples windshield wipers ALL OVER the State of PA, NY and NJ.
