I am more than frustrated at this point just sat in a chat room with 2 morons for about 1 hour. I purchased the product at walmart 30 days ago and also when I registered it I signed up for their insurance. Well already its not working and I need a new one. THEY TELL ME AFTER AN HOUR OF " OH PLEASE HOLD WHILE I CHECK THIS ISSUE " that they finally checked my account and they will send me a replacement for 9.95 shipping and handling. Ok so what did the insurance cover? NOTHING thats great to find out. SO this months trying to save money on a phone bill would end up costing me 51.00 NOT A DEAL AT ALL.

NOT A DEAL AT ALL. This product breaks within no time and you pay for shipping and handling each time you have to replace it. WARNING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE. ABSOLULTEY INCOSIDERATE GUESS THEY FIGURE ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED THEY ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT TREAT YOU WITH ANY TYPE OF RESPECT AS THE CUSTOMER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

That is why your old magicJack device has expired last 2011-10-26  while you registered the second device 2010-12-18  and is about to expire on 2011-12-18 .

anissa: so the old jack that broke that was under warrenty and replaced the 5 year plan that i paid for you guys just get my $ and i dont get the service??

Marykate: The case that you have now is that you registered the device with the same number and only avail the one year free subscription starting the day you register the device.
