If you use MagicJack you know already about all problems related to service, contract, money refund problems, and problem using this product. Today (1-9-2012) the C/S live chat 24/7 does not work no matter how many tries I did.

Just today I contacted via e-mail the PC Magazine editors with following letter:
“How product like MagicJack can be nominated as a product of year? I see the PC Magazine trademark at MagicJack web page and I wonder if the inventor paid you for rights to use it. The MagicJack Customer Service is one of the most horrible and many users of MagicJack think that the company is deceitful and has fraudulent business practices. Please verify on your own how many unhappy MagicJack users are registered to boycott this product. Ask then (if you will be able to contact MagicJack) to remove your respected magazine logo.

• Refund upon request money to all unhappy MagicJack who paid in advance for more as one month of service Provide customer friendly support.
• Provide the Customer Service phone listed on MagicJack home page or add link to it.
• Provide Customers Service physical street number, name, city and state including zip code where the company is registered to allow customers write letters with issues/problems and to GET AN ANSWER.
• Provide better training for your C/S to be able resolve problems via Live Chat 24/7
• Make Terms of Service available to read on MagicJack WEB HOME PAGE or add link to it.
• Cleary mark product purchased in stores or on Internet with note that once product or plans are purchased they are none refundable with acceptation for the 30 days trial.
