If you purchase a Kodak product and need customer service, be ready for rude, frustrating, inconsiderate, and above all completely incompetent customer service representatives.  You will talk to people who have absolutely no idea what their doing but insist they do.  When the Rep is wrong instead of apologizing and trying to correct the problem, they will hang up on you leaving you with your problem unsolved.  If I had to rate Kodak on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best they would score 1.5.  That's unacceptable.

Boycott Demands

Join in on this boycott to get Kodak to straighten out their customer service department.  Spread the boycott word to all your friends and to their friends and so on until Kodak fixes the problems in customer service.

I have tried all 4 ways to contact customer service and to no avail.  The 'call ME back' trick fails every time.  The chat is a joke, telling you you are in queue 4th, then 3rd, then 2nd, then 3rd again, like they have put someone else ahead of you.  Then after you wait for a countdown....you havew 30 seconds, it will start all over and say average wait time is 12 minutes and still no agent!  Phone says 20 minute wait time.  After 90 minutes of waiting for chats and trying all this I have HAD it for today.  Waiting for an email response (says 48 hours on that one!!)  It is likely the best way to go.

Kodak service is poor, I was on the phone with someone from India, I think and after 8 minutes was disconnectid. They were totally useless.

I HAVE NOT BOUGHT A KODAK PRODUCT SINCE THEY WITHDREW THEIR LAND CAMERA AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

I THINK THIS WAS OVER 30 YEARS AGO.
