I recently contacted Insignia due to my dissatisfaction with a flat screen tv I purchased.The Insignia employee told me the tv had bad engineering and promised a call backfrom a supervisor within 24 hrs. I waited 2 days with no response and then I called back. The 2nd call I spoke with a supervisor, Andrea, who guaranteed she would contact me and accept any pictures I could send to support my complaint and to also work with me and my problem with the tv. No contact from her for 3 weeks, so I called a 3rd time. This time the rep said nothing was going to happen, no one was going to be calling me back.Boycott Demands
Recall the tv in question of the shelf due to bad engineering, as stated by the employee.
Give customers Insignia credit for the retail amount of the tv toward a different Insignia tv.
Improve customer service skills to tell the truth to customers.
