Mortgage and Rate Renewal Service Sorely Lacing

ING Direct certainly helpful when they want your money, but the moment you have further questions or decide to cancel your in our case "rate renewal" forget it!  They have told us lies and have refused to refund us thousands of our dollars even though the rate renewal does not take effect til a futur date.  In addition, we were told over the phone that we could refuse the rate renewal as long as we notified them before deadline.  Now they refuse-LIES< LIES< LIES.  They will not review phone convrsations that will uncover the lies no will they allow us to speak to anyone in a supervisory position.  THIS IS HORRIBLE.  Since this experience I have talked with others about ING and they too say horrible custome service  This is worse than that-this is fraud--taking our money illegaly!-although they dance around it and say they are justified because I agreed to the rate renew.  PLEASE BE AWARE--JOIN WITH ME IN BOYCOTTING THEM AND TELLING ALL YOUR FRENDS.

They nee to refund fees for rate renew if customers change their minds before the rate renw takes effect.
