Boycott of Hotmail

My email got was temporaity blocked, according to message is being used by unauthorised personnel.  I have a problem in getting a code to reactive my account.  Sent a help request and Microsoft promised a 24-hours reply...now is more than 24-hours.  Like everyone here, I have important documents being sent via this account that I need to retrive and stored in there.  What a @#$%!^*) giving empty promises that can never fulfil.

GUY got the same problem account blocked and you try over and over again!!!!!!!

My account has been hacked for a while now.. I have done everything I could find to get it back.. Still to this day I cant access my account. HOTMAIL SUCKS. I got stuff in that account that is important to me. Someone needs to do something. It seems to me doing this isnt gonna help any e

ive had my email since hotmail was invented it is simply my name at hotmail.com so everyone that knows me is able to contact me easy then my account got hacked and now i cant access it it asks for my number but never sends me a code and now i have been on hold for hours i havent even talked to anyone i cant beleive this company is even allowed to do business in the world

i have had my hotmail for over 8 years, it has everything on it, all my contacts and now i cant get in touch with a lot of them, but its ridiculous you can't email them directly, i got a code to reset password and it won't work, i then did it through customer care but then they ask you to sign in, how exactly do u sign in!! got hotmail are thickest bunch of idiots ever, whoever runs it need bloody shot

im pissed i cant seem to change my password it keeps going in circles!
