Was the Ouija Board a Factor in the Oxford High School Murders?

Please accept my belated but sincere condolences both to the people of Oxford and most especially to the families of Madisyn Baldwin, Tate Myre, Justin Shilling and Hana St. Juliana.
I write today to apprise you of an article on Yahoo news concerning the horrific events at Oxford High School on November 30, 2021, when Ethan Crumbley murdered four fellow students. On February 1, 2024 Yahoo news reported that text messages between Ethan and his mother revealed that Ethan "believed their house to be haunted and often played with a Ouija board in their basement."
The texts included Ethan writing "OK, the house is now haunted," "Some weird s--- just happened and now I'm scared," "I got some videos and picture of the demon. It's throwing bowls," and "I'm not joking. It f----- up the kitchen. I'm just going to be an outsider for a while."
It seems unlikely that Ethan's use of the Ouija board was not a contributing factor to his rampage that day, either because he may have become possessed (the Christian view) or because he succumbed to the secular, non-religious diagnosis of "mediumistic psychosis," the diagnosis given by mental healthcare professionals to Ouija board caused mental illness.
Regardless, it certainly seems as though Ethan's Crumbley's use of Ouija board was a factor in the murders.
The Ouija board has been involved in hundreds (if not thousands) of murders, attempted murders and other crimes, suicides and mental illnesses. My own son is a missing and presumed deceased person whose life, I believe, was ruined and likely ended due to his playing with the Ouija board as a child.
In his memory, as well as in the memories of those many other victims of the Ouija board. I am in the process of organizing a worldwide boycott of Ouija board manufacturer and promoter, Hasbro Inc., as well as its many subsidiaries, including Wizards of the Coast, Tonka and Milton Bradley.
Hasbro and the Consumer Product Safety Commission have both been repeatedly informed of the great harm caused by the Ouija board and especially the danger it presents to young people. Both have ignored the issue, while Hasbro has doubled down, creating a pink Ouija board to attract young girls.
Please join me in boycotting Hasbro Inc. until it either ceases to manufacture the board or at least restricts its purchase to adults over 18 only. Please share:
