Boycott Description

When using HR Block online they will tell you that your state retrun can not file yet, for NY, because "forms" are not ready, not true. The froms are ready, but the state is not accepting HR Block. I cancelled my state and went to Taxslayer, accepted next day and return on its way. Then i called the IRS last night because when I checked my staus online at the IRS site it told me to call them. Tomy surprise and anger they have not gotten my return from HR Block yet. Tried to call HRB to no avail. Sofound a number on the internet; first question they askedme, my name, second question, my credit card number, really, no need for CC# IRS is free. After trying to break trough the language barrior, they stated they had to transfer me to tech. support, butcould not give me the number. Tech support tells me the same story as last time with my state, forms not ready and they will transmit on 2/14, and they can not cancel my return, but i could call the IRS, Um,Hello, did you not hear when I said IRS does not have it. HRB lies. It has nothing to do with forms, the states and federal government are not accepting HRB yet. DO UDE THEM. PLEASE SIGN THIS BOYCOTT!!! Many people depend on their returnmoney and with HRBit cantake over a month or longer than other companies.
