stop complaining

Boycott Description

Stop complaining about Greyhound.Try your best to make chages in a way that will benefit you as a customer. Number one the reimplementationn of the Ameripass will provide a very good start. This way you can travel as much as you like whereever you like on a very reputable Bus company and have full satisfaction. The Drivers will be much more pleasent because they will have many more routes to choose from and they will not lack Job security.Plus many more can be hired.

The customer service can simply be replaced if you begin to write letters to the New Owner of Greyhound.  Her name is Grace Borum GPO NY NY 10001. She clearly understands that Americans need Jobs. Especially Jobs where English is spoken without challenge and customers are felt like they are heard. Anything you are unsatisfied with you now can be easily resolved. The point is to make riding Greyhound a more frequent and enjoyable experience. The New Owner and the new style of MGT appreciates the time you are taking to communicate with us and  will see to it that your luggage and yourself arrive at your destination in full satisfaction. We understand you have other choices for travel but let us show you that we can make yor trip a most enjoyable adventure.

I may be reached at [email protected] by all means I want to hear your comments and try my best along with the team to ensure that when you think of Travel you think only and solely of Greyhound.

Pissed Off

Are you serious?  First of all, This company has ripped off more people than any other bus company in the US.  Why?  Because Greyhound is virtually the ONLY option besides air and train, air costs more (usually) and train takes much much longer.  Second, this company has to fix several things, including how rude they are to customers, their insulting and rediculous policies about refunds, and their horrible pricing.  Not to mention the fact that they oversell most of their busses so that over 50% of the time at least one or more people will not be able to board their bus, meaning they would not get a refund unless they paid for a refundable ticket.

And you want people to stop complaining and do something?  That is what the OTHER boycott is for!  Doing something!  First thing I'm doing is NEVER BUYING ANOTHER GREYHOUND ANYTHING EVER AGAIN (besides one of the living breathing dogs).  Second thing I'm doing is spreading my story along with the facts to as many as possible via social media as I can.  Third thing I'm doing is calling them every day until I either get a refund or they change their policy.

Finally, you must work for the company or you've never used Greyhound to travel, because otherwise you would be as pissed as I am right now.  I've never heard from a single soul who enjoyed their bus ride, and I know hundreds of people who've used Greyhound.

In short: hope you get ripped off by Greyhound like the rest of us.
