2. Stop making racist remarks against women who are blond.
3. Remove the God awful commercials that are offensive to women.
4. Implement verification payment policies and stop searching for a method to pay for something by allowing consumers to automatically remove accounts numbers from payment areas.
Bob Parsons needs to make a public announcement to the people he will stop doing these bad things. Consumers should have a right to choose.

THEY LIED TO US ABOUT THEIR SERVICES AND THEN SHUT DOWN OUR ENTIRE EMAIL AND WEB SITE SYSTEMS UNLESS WE PAY THEM A $52.00 "AMIN FEE" FOR SERVICES NEVER DELIVERED.

Glad to be leaving GoDaddy
I am glad to see that I'm not alone with all of the problems I've had with GoDaddy. They are petty nickel and dimers and best, and outright crooks at worst. Glad that there are a number of other registrar alternatives out there, and I will be happy when more people wake up and realize that GoDaddy isn't the only game in town.
For what it's worth, I have been using NameSilo for about 6 months. Totally straightforward pricing and customer service, and their domains are much cheaper than GoDaddy.

I quit using these guys a while ago
Not only do they offer poor customer service, they are technically inept. Four years ago all my DNS records for all of my domains got erased accidentally. Of course, this brought all my sites and email down - costing me WAY more than the domains. When I called, their recommendation was to reenter all the records - I assume data backups were either not in place or they simply decided my account was not worth the effort.
