Fiasco with returns

Boycott Description

Garden Ridge's policy on returns is not for the advantage of the customer. They state that products be "unused, have original packaging, receipt and return within 60 days". They don't tell you (on receipt, web site and sign at registers) that products have to be "sellable"; meaning if you have to open a package to get to the product then it is no longer "sellable" and is considered "used".  

Boycott Demands

Garden Ridge should inform customers that open packaging results in the product being "used", and that all returns must be in "sellable" condition.
