Boycott of Frontier Communications

SINCE THEY TOOK OVER FROM VERIZON 3 MONTHS CANT CREATE A ACCOUNT CANT PAY MY BILL CAN NOT GET TO CUSTOMER SERVICE GET THEY ARE HAVING A HEAVY CALL VOLUME MY ACCOUNT #### THEY CANT FIND MY ACCOUNT INFO disasster

Someone should thake this company over. Three weeks to get a problem fixed is not acceptable.

Suffered the same run arount here in Easten Washington State as a result of the Verizon transition  but after contacting the CEO of Frontier, my service seems to have been fixed in two days.

My goal is to assure that the fix will spread to others but I can assure you that corporate management interest has been engaged.

I just cancelled Frontier Internet after the 11th day without Internet service after 5 years of reliable service, mostly under Verizon.  It started with an outage on the 11th then hours of tech support on the 13th with a claim that it was most likely the modem.  On the 17th, modem replaced and still no service and more hours of tech support until a supervisor admitted that they are having router issues in WA, OR, & ID and can't provide IP addresses to all of their customers.  Still nothing done by this morning 21st of February so had Charter install service.  It took Charter less than an hour and we had service throug them.  Frontier is both incompetant in their technical support and in their customer service.  I advice all to boycott their company until they can improve on these 2 things.
