Facebook Game Apps not giving credit from advertisments

Boycott Description

Each game app has these special advertisments that you can do to get like a special game cash to use in game to buy things that the regular coins cant buy! There are alot of the advertisments once you do them it says there is a 15 minute delay before you get your credit. Well you wait, and wait the credit never comes so you try to do the advertisment again, and it wont let you it sys you have already completed it but still no credit as promised! Then you try to get ahold of customer service to get your credit what do you know ( THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET AHOLD OF TO HANDLE YOUR PROBLEM ) NO PHONE #, NO LIVE AGENTS NOTHING. This could also be considered a fraud no company can promise smething then not deliver thats the same as advertisment fraud!! This is the worst compnay Ive ever seen in my 40 years as far as customer service. FACEBOOK is the only company ive ever seen without a customer service! Im paralized in a hospital bed i use the internet most times 18 hours a day i could set right here in my home and run customer service for them if they allowed me, and gurantee I could handle 60-80% of customer service request as long as i had the options to do so!!! So if I coul do it why cant FACEBOOK take 1-3 people and create a small customer service team or start a voluteer group of customer service reps thats what the major game EVE ONLINE does I used to be one there volunteers customer service reps I did it right here from my home when I played there game. EVE ONLINE has a team of around 45 volunteer customer service reps that do it from there home computers. They created certain levels of rep same way they do there GMs they give there GMs more privaleges in the game and thats kinda like there pay for helping the game handle all the smaller issues. SO THERES NO WAY FACEBOOK CANT DO SOMETHING SIMILIAR WITHOUT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO START DROPPING FACEBOOK AND GO ELSEWHERE!! I am considering it myself we need a customer service when we hav a issue!!!!!

Boycott Demands

We want a customer service that can handle our issues as they arise!

We need live agents, or toll free # to talk to a live agents!

We want all advertisments that promise us extra game cash to work, and give us the credit once we complete the advertisment!

Give customers there game cash for the advertisments they completed and never recieved there credit( EXAMPLE I HAVE COMPLETED IN LAST WEEK 11 ADVERTISMENTS ON GAME APP POT FARM I SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED A TOTAL OF 742 POT BUCKS I NEVER GOT )        THIS IS WRONG AND TECHNICALLY IS ADVERTISMENT FRAUD     IT NEEDS CORRECTED BEFORE LAWSUITS START FLYING AND FACEBOOK IS NO MORE!
