OK I didn't research the fact that they would not take coupons with a Mail-In Script, but did they really need to charge me $225 more than the local pharmacy would have charged?

I have no choice but to put up with Express Scripts. I have been dealing with them for around 5 years. I have yet to have a pleasent experience. They are rude, idiotic morons that have no feelings. This also goes for the supervisors. I can never get my meds on time. I'm surprised I haven't had a heart attack yet, god forbid. Everytime I talk to them now I call anthem and make them talk to them on the other line, I'm afraid I'm gonning to loose it! I contacted the Mo attorney general today and hope for a good response. If not I'm looking into hiring a lawyer. Any help or followers would be appreiciated.Boycott Demands

I read the other review and totally agree. I have the same experience over and over with these fools. They make errors in the filling and notification of the status of your order and then say they will express ship to you for an extra $21!
If Obama care is implemented in the future, I hope they regulate the performance of these incompetent providers!
