I RENCENTLY WENT ONLINE TO PULL MY REPORT WITH EXPERIAN.COM . I WAS ATTEMPTING TO PULL REPORT SAME DAY AND I WAS PASSED ON TO EVERYONE TO HELP ME RESOLVE SOME ISSUE'S VIEWING IT AND AFTER IT WAS ALL SAID AND DONE 3 DIFFRENT COMPANYS CHARGED MY CARD !!!!!! I AM A FIXED INCOME AND THE $8.31 AND THE $1.00 TWICE ON SAME DAY WOULDNT BE MY BIGGEST CONCERN AS WOULD BE NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THEM TO REMOVE CHARGES SEEING THAT I STILL AS OF TODAY BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY REPORT AND I CALLED 866 647-9639 WHICJH I THE ONLY NUMBER WERE YOU CAN TALK TO A LIVE PERSON WAS ANOTHER SUBLETTED SERVICE THAT PRETTY SAID THAT I WASNT CHARGED?? BUT I TOLD LADY THAT I COULDNT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE BROKING ENGLISH THAT I HAVE MY STATEMENT TO FAX TO HER TO PROVE THAT IT WAS TAKING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!.. DOES ANYONE KNOW OR BEEN THRU THIS THAT HELP ME. I HOPE THOSE CONTRACT DONT TAKE MORE OF WHAT I HAVE!!!! PLEASE HELP IF ANYBODY KNOWS WHAT TO DO

I recently went to the Experian website to order a copy of my credit report for $7.95 and had the following experiences.
*Their web page is 'extremely' deceptive. And I was NEVER clearly informed that I was enrolling in a credit monitoring program for $15/month, which you offer for $5/month. And I was never given an opportunity to select what "I" wanted.
*I was also NEVER presented with a screen telling me how much I would have to pay. The system "just" opened an account for me as soon as I entered my credit card information.
*Also, their customer service line is always busy, and I can't get through to cancel the account.
*Also, they had no problem authenticating my account when I used a credit card, but "refused" to do so from "annualcreditreport.com!"
THESE PEOPLE STINK!!!
Please do not honor 'any' charges from this company.
Boycott Demands
1.Stop this decptive practice.2.Redesign Webpage so that users are offered a clear choice for ordering their credit reports without being enrolled in a credit monitoring or any other residual serve.
3.Offer everyone who was enrolled in this manner the opportunity to cancel, by email, and a complete refund of all their payments.
