Boycott Description

Made reservations to rent a badly needed car. Enterprise rep. called back to confirm later in the day to confirm. Went to pick up the car the next morining and they didn't have my reservation in their computer and the lot was empty--they had no cars at all to rent.

Boycott Demands

Live up to promised reservations and train their employees to proper procedure to be sure reservations are put on record the correct way and have the vehicle ready for the customer.
