When I made a phone call to start this service at no time was it ever mentioned that there would be a 2 yr. agreement for service. As Direct TV reps will tell you over and over, "but it was on the confirmation letter and installation agreement". Now they they want $400 to cancel the service and want me to mail back the receivers. Directv didn't mail them to me... a person brought them to the house.I just want them to be upfront with their contracts, I don't thing that's too much to ask!!!!!!

Please join me in insisting Directv add the 2 yr. disclousure to their initial sale and to beware. The company will keep you in the maze of telephone reps because no one can "help" you.1 person has joined this boycott
