I am not getting my local sports teams on Direct TV---I want an upper tier manager to call me! I have requested this MANY times--I will not pay you any more money  until I'm  contacted and get my home (Philly) sports teams on my TV! Les Bell acct#

Directv requires (under the guise of monthly billing convenience) direct access to your bank account to pull your money and pay the bill.  Subsequently, they are then free to double & triple bill you for prior movies watched.  You are then forced to call and argue to get your OWN MONEY BACK !!!!!

This I was taught growning up is theft, pure and simple.  When did it become a privilege to become their customer on their terms only?

Just signed up and already disappointed! They installed yesterday and needless to say I will be without service for the weekend and week because I can't take direct tv it sucks. Also too as big as Verizon is they should have FIOS in the whole city of DC. Then they wouldn't have to worry about their customers complaining about direct tv. I'm sorry I signed up for this crap and I hope Verizon opens up FIOS to everyone in DC so I can finally be a happy customer because at this point I am not!!!
