Boycott of DIRECTV

I also wonder who is overseeing the deceitful, unethical practices of this company. I have copied the FCC, FTC, NJ Utilities Commission and my representatives. If this company is allowed to exist as a utility, then someone in the government should be making sure they are not abusing their power.

What department at the federal level is responsible for regulating Direc t TV, the FCC?  I can't believe that only 8 persons in the entire USA are fed up with these people and their unethical way of business.  I can't wait to cancel my subscription, except I've heard horror stories about the competition.  Can't we get someone in the Media, e.g. 60 minutes, to investigate these thieves?

I just got the service and in the advertise said that you got HD for free when you got th epackage of $ 39.99 I did it and they bill me the $ 10.00 bucks for HD and I call several times and the supervisor said that when they create the account they did it without that credit and I had to pay the 10.00 bucks for the rest of the contract only 2 years I told him that is not my fault and they said that he can do nothing about it,this company like verizon area fraud the goverment should do something about it cause this is a rip off they promise too much and don`t deliver it

Direct TV needs to step up and start offering these deals to those of us who have been loyal customers for years!

I want my HD, my upgraded receiver and additional rooms installed too!

Stop ignoring you best asset! Your long term customers.

Directv is wrong in offering HD for life free to new cust when all customers should be given this offer. Currently am paying 17.80 a month to view hd shows that others are receiving free.this is a problem and is completely not right.
