I HAD AN EXPERIENCE COMPARABLE TO THE WORST NIGHTMARE WITH A D-LINK TEC. SHE WAS RUDE, SHE RODE OVER(WFITH HER VOICE)ANY QUESTION I WAS TRYING TO ASK. SHE PUT ME THROUGH PACES THAT FINALLY LED TO TWO WORDS I NEED TO USE TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE(!!!!!) FOR SERVICE. THIS WAS LAST NIGHT, SAT. AUGUST 6 AND I HOPE THIS WOMAN IS REPLACED BY A HUMAN. SHE MADE NO EFFORT TO SPEAK CLEARLY,OR LOUNDLY ENOUGH TO HEAR... THEN ACCUSED ME OF SPEAKING AT THE SAME TIME....TELLING ME BASICALLY TO SHUT UP.
Any manufacturere that would keep a customer on the phone for over four hours "grasping at straws" to save replacing a $75 product deserves to be put out of business. My last experience with D-link lost them a very influencial customer in the I.T. field forever.
Not sure ..who wont return it, I.E -STORE, BEST BUY?
May be i can help, i have been using them for many year and never a problem. I have 15 years plus years as a IT TECH (A++) for a a Large School district now shelf employed. Your Boycott does not explain your problem's.
