Absolutely horrible. Had to cancel service due to poor cell coverage at my house and they refused to refund money that they incorrectly charged me (when I setup autopay they immediately charged my card for another month against their own policies). Spent hours talking to numerous individuals and the bottom line appeared to be that they had no capacity whatsoever to refund any money. When I asked for contact information to elevate this to their corporate office I got a physical address and no email or phone number. Spent hours searching for a valid phone number or email with no luck. Pathetic. Stay far away from cricket...

I bought a SIM card and pay and talk for a total of $35.69 using my own device and it never worked. I have been trying to resolve it and all they are telling me is to buy a cricket device which I have refused. I have asked for a refund even for the $25 that I paid for service that I have never been able to use even though they say my device is compatible but they refuse. I talked to 7 different customer reps with dropped calls and long waits to check out my options and still, they are of no help. I had never know that they are this bad and would take my money when they knew they had No service in my area as it just doesn't pick up service. This is very frustrating as I do not understand how I can gift a company over $35? I will be complaining to corporate headquarters.
Well, I have to buy a new phone from Cricket because my screen has a crack in it. It is cheap for two of us on the plan, but I hate the picture resolution and the foreign reps. That drives me crazy when I have to talk about a problem. I have dropped calls everyday and I can't find a way to block any robo-call numbers. I ALWAYS pay my bill early by "MAILing it in". I will not let them into my credit or checking account, EVER! I guess I am going to be in Cricket hell for a while again cuz $35.00 is not too bad for a new phone. We shall see!!
THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE!!!!! All you can get is looped in a stupid press number game. I found a number 866-384-4425 which will get you someone live. Unfortunately they don't speak a language you can understand. I am going to bash the customer srvice on every website I can. They make too much money not to be friendly with their customers. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
cricket let someone cancel my account, now they are giving me the run around as to who, why and how! They will not turn my service back on.. They want me to pay to do it when there mistake is why I have no phone!! I pressed one for english and got someone who couldn't speak it! The corporate office was suppose to handle the issue and have yet to hear from them!! I have had horrible service since day one, and now this!! I will never use cricket all accounts will be cancelled, only by me this time!!!
i paid 200 dollors for a new phone. that has given me nothing but problems on internet services. have the insurance on phone, and they still want me to pay an additional 89.00 to replace a phone that doesnt work. why pay monthly for insurance. there customer service is terrible, and I am never going to get there service again, They lost a cutsomer......
Cricket internet service is just awful. I've gotten disconnected so often that you just give up. Then it's so slow that it takes several minutes just to load a page. I would advise that no one even use Cricket for anything. Im going back to my local phone company for phone and internet service. After reading the large amount of complaints from several sites is enough for me. I plan to make people aware of the complaints on my site.
They Told me sorry, they don't give any refund on my PayGo Service. I can send the phone back and get a refund for that but no money back for the prepaid phone service. TOTAL SCAM, it is against Federal Mandates that they don't give you all your money back within the first 14 days.

If there are only 22 people who joined his boycott, then it must be fixed in some way. Everyday I hear and talk to people who complain about poor customer service with this company. The originator of this protest hit the nail on the head and one of the most exasperating is: if you ever get to speak to a csr rep, the english they speak does not come near to language commonly spoken in the USA. I guess their bottom line is enhanced by fewer customers getting through to complain. Usually things improve when another company comes along and makes a niche for themselves from the failings oof other companies. Cricket by delivering such monumentally poor service and customer service must in the future( near of far) pay in their bottom line. I will have to stay until I can find another service that I can afford. I am actively seeking that company. In the alternative: I will have to limit spending in anoather area to buy from a company that cares enough to at least pick up the phone, answers with a live person and attempts to resolve customar issuess. I encourage all who read this will do the same.
The only reason they won't you to trade your phone in, in exchange for the free phone, is so that you don't run back to your old cell phone carrier. Cricket your days are number, we should all go to the Attorney general with our complaints because they are clearly suspect, how they are luring people in. People don't fall for the bull!!!! cricket phones have way to many dropped calls, phones sound like your listening to a choppy robot all distorted, just a overall non reliable service. Good luck
Oh...and to the comment below. I have no problem with the service, I'm happy with it. I had a problem with their sales manager's rude attitude and was told there was nothing they could do about the problem I was having. The Customer Service is the only problem I have with them. I'm sure others have gone through this same treatment! I'm not 'whining'...I'm just informing people of how they treat you when you have a problem!

Adding to my comment below - BEWARE - my sister and I opened our original accounts at the same time. When she installed their modem it put a virus on her computer and shut the system down. Her computer doesn't even come on anymore, so she had to buy a new one!
Cricket has the WORSE customer Service I've seen. I agree with all the comments below and sadly, I know they're not exaggerating. I have been in OUTSOURCED / AUTOMATED HELL trying to get my issue resolved. I've been hung-up on, transferred from person to person and after they had no more lies to tell me, they tell me their systems are down. Call back. It takes 5-7 minutes or longer to get through the automated system, just to be hung up on!
You will NEVER speak to anyone in the U.S. I've been waiting for a refund on my account and instead of refunding my money, they opened a new account in my name. When I told the agent I don't want the account. I just want my money back, he told me I had to go to the store to request to cancel the account. WHY? I didn't open it at a store or anywhere else.
Cricket sends e-mail telling you to upgrade your phone for a better price. When you order one you will see a bill higher than the advertised price. When you talk to them they will tell you sorry stories. Like price changes all the time, those are for new customers and other craps. Not to mention their weird sounding customer reps.

First of all to get me to sign up they promised UNLIMITED Broadband, now they have cut it back to 2.5gig per 30 day period and that is not "UNLIMITED".
Second when you call them for customer support you cannot reach a live person and on the rare occasion that you can you reach someone who cannot do anything to fix any problem.
Third, they do not really care about customers or customer complaints and the only way to get their attention is to file a complaint with your state telephone utilities commission and the Better Business Bureau (although the BBB seems to be less than credible these days too).
The only thing big about them right now is this their failure...
I pay for the premium broadband package for their broad band. It work great for a week, but now my download speed is 0.07 mbes and my upload time is 0.15 mbes... now mind you, this is connect to a booster and antenna and I only use 1/6th of my allotted band-width.
I work remote and often have to stream videos. I am buffering every 1.3 min. A 45 min training video will take me over four hours to view!
And for this I pay the big bucks.
Each time I call I ask to have the call elevated to a savvier tech, all attempts are fruitless.
At this point I would rather eat glass then call them for anything more complicated than correcting billing issues. And I am searching for a better vendor who can service my rural areal with an all you can eat package.
Be aware! This company only allows you 30 minutes of talk time to decide if the service is for you. Before this, you can return your phone and recieve a full refund! Pay attention to their coverage maps. Be aware that roaming costs you an ARM and LEG, and that you will be roaming 90% of the time...especially if you are traveling! Pay attention to whether the store you are purchasing from is, in fact, a Cricket owned store, or if it is independant. If it is actually independant, you will recieve little to no help from Cricket direct. Always keep in mind, you get what you pay for...and Cricket is certainly the cheapest available!!!

Cricket has outdone themselves this time. I have had service with them for 6 days and in the last 6 days, Cricket has taken 400.00 out of my checking account without my authorization. Forget trying to reach anyone who can speak English much less help resolve the issue. My account is now in the negative and my bank is going to have a field day collecting all those wonderful NSF fees. Thanks Cricket!
Cricket has the potential to be one of the best companies. They could make big profits if the customers were important to them. All their customer service is a big joke.
