Boycott Description

We recently bought a vehicle from Mathison motors in Clearwater,MN and you have 3 days to bring it to fix any issues free, well there were a few issues, which the shop they work wih, clearwater service fixed, but my wife was on her way home and the brakes went out, i was at drill for guards so i told her to take it back, she specifically told them do NOT do anything until you call me, well they assumed we would say yes and did it without approval.  A $20 fix i could have done cost 95.  My advice when tyaking a vehicle to the shop is to get it in writing that they will contact you before any work is done, unless you just have money to blow, but shops wil lie and wreck stuff because people will pay to get it fixed.  Check into shops before you even take your vehicel in.

Boycott Demands

If they would have atleast given a discount on the price of repair, the shop manager told me it didnt make sense to put it back together, but had they called while it was apart i woulda worked something out.
