Somehow this company has successfully billed my credit card without my knowledge. I became a member without my knowledge. Then because I didn't have a member # or password, I could not sign in to cancel membership. This is the epitome of poor business. I am outraged!

I joined Classmates.com a year or so ago. I have never found a single friend through the program. I asked to bereaved several times & still have money removed for gold class status regularly. When trying to call the company, I was put on hold for a LONG ...........time- on MY DOLLARS > HOW DO WE STOP this insanity???????????
