Boycott Description

Customers are being ripped off by promises of high-speed internet, when in reality, the service provided is hardly acceptable.  Customer service provided by Cincinnati Bell is quite inefficient, let alone, helpful at all.  Personally, I have read thousands of complaints due to their sub-standard product, yet, no solutions given to help actual customers.  The only thing consistent about Cincinnati Bell's  ISP is the rise in cost, while the quality continually drops.  We as customers should demand more from any company willing to triple all costs to customers without offering improvement.
