Charter needs to go, they promise you the world in person on the phone and after one year everything changes and it is always you agreed to it. They do not have contracts anymore because they never honored them anyway. I was burn twice by there contracts because i did not want to leave them but this time they will be removed from my home. No honor in this company, and they have done this to many customers according to there customers service rep Jonas.

Have been waiting since Jan.2010 for technician to install cable from other side of road to our house. Each time I call they say it's all set, then a technician comes out and tells me he can't install because the cable hasn't been ran yet. They've canceled my order three times, saying it was completed. Today they said they have me scheduled for service July 12, guess what the underground cable still hasn't been ran, and they tell me they don't have any record of me requesting this. Charter SUCKS!
