Boycott Description

Have been waiting since Jan.2010 for technician to install cable from other side of road to our house. Each time I call they say it's all set, then a technician comes out and tells me he can't install because the cable hasn't been ran yet. They've canceled my order three times, saying it was completed. Today they said they have me scheduled for service July 12, guess what the underground cable still hasn't been ran, and they tell me they don't have any record of me requesting this. Charter SUCKS! (Monoply in my area, because there is no other internet available

Boycott Demands

1. Gov't force Charter to be taken over with new management.

2. Charter Pay a $25.00 per day fine for missed appointments, sloppy work, or not keeping promises

Service has degraded substantially over the past year and prices continue to escalate. Customer sevice representative are downright rude and unwilling to help ion any way. I am totally discusted with everything about Charter.....
