AUTHORIZED USER ARE ADDED WITH A GOOD INTENTION OF THE PRIMARY CARDHOLDER TO HELP A FRIEND,RELATIVE OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER,CAPITAL ONE CANNOT REFUSE CARDHOLDER TO THEIR REQUEST TO HAVE SOMEONE ADDED ONTO HIS OR HER CARD.

cut up their junk mail and return it to them in their prepaid envelope, at least the post office will get some benefit from their greed
DID YOU FLAG YOUR REPORTS , IF YOU DONT THE CREDIT COMPANIES USE WHAT EVER INFORMAATION THEY GET AND THIS THREE COMPANIES DONT REPORT TO EACH OTHER AT ALL, AND IF YOU DONT CHECK WITH EACH ONE YOU WIL BE HAVING PROBLEM TRING TO CLEAR ONE FROM THE OTHER.. RECHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORT FROM ALL THE THREE COMPANIES ... HOPE YOU DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS
I have always paid my bill on time and always more than the minimum yet Capital One raised my interest rate! When I called to complain, I was told that it was just company policy! I have since paid off this card and will not use it again until my interest rate matches my good credit rating!

worst of everything; they reduced my credit limit being a loyal customer. Will cancel their credit.

So i dispute this on my credit report and its deleted no problem. Capital one sends my a letter saying after they researched MY ACCOUNT they deleted the account from my credit file. It wasnt my account in the first place! I got no info except the last four numbers to who knows what and the number on the letter is the same automated number that asks for a card number and has no option to speak to a live representative! Oh and get this they have the nerve to send me a credit card application two days later hahaha! Are you serious!?
