I have requested to Bell Canada a total of 15 times both verbally and in writing, to stop calling and writing to me. I am currently with another provider, and do not wish to switch to Bell Canada. I have had my name added to every do not call/mail list there is.

Nothing has helped. Obviously, Bell Canada's phone lines do not work very well, as my request has gone unheard.  They don't read their mail either. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Boycott Demands

I am only requesting that Bell Canada do what I request. Stop contacting me, period.

Yesterday i purchased fibe tv line from bell.
Bell sent over 3 technitians 
these three technitiants "worked" practiaclly all day from 9:30 am to 6pm and when they were done...hours later
I realized that they had stolen THOUSANDS of dollars worth of jewellery and watches from my family (now this is not from a lack of supervision or the placement of the items. they were taken from closed droors and jewellery boxes.)
I called bell and the police where a report was taken....but not by bell
after countless calls and attempts at making reports and being yo-yo'd from one person to the other finally i got though to head office only to learn that not a single report had reached them.
Bell shows a complete disregard for the action of their employees and i am yet to see any action taken on their behalf.
All in all the ,message i am getting is...too bad so sad.
DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME and if you choose to then be prepared to spend the day watching closely enough to smell their breath. and you might want to practice being in three places at once considering the number of thechnitians they send out.
The items which were stolen are sentimentally irreplaceable.
If i cannot get any justice then atleast i can warn other people that they CANNOT be trusted.. because if something this unforseeable happens to any of you... well...too bad, so sad.

Bell Harassment

I dropped Bell's Internet and phone services 3 months ago and ever since they've been merciless in hounding me to come back. All told probably there has been 25-30 calls or letters. A ltter today, a guy at the door yesterday.

What does it take for this company to go away??

Why does Bell think that constantly harassing customers to take services THEY DON"T WANT is a good business practice.  EVERY day I get calls from the idiot call centre they have hired to promote their satellite TV.  I tell them AGAIN AND AGAIN that I am NOT interested and the next day they call again!  Is this some  new marketing idea - harass your customers until they drop all their accounts with you???

Bell Canada has committed fraud by putting a wireless account in my name about 4 months ago (as far as I can tell).  No invoices have ever been received by me or the person that they should be going to, even after that person called Bell 2 months ago asking why he had never received an invoice.  Now they are calling and harrassing me about the overdue account and will not talk to the person that actually owes it because it is in my name.  It would be more enjoyable to bang my head repeatly against a wall than to talk to the idiots at Bell Canada.

i was told by Bell sympatico that having e-mail when using this provider was JUST an 'extra' so even though my e-mail never functioned 100%, I was told 'too bad' but I was not entitield to a credit.  I only had 50% use of the e-mail as I could receive but never send.  SO REMEMBER: e-mail with sympatico.ca is an extra - do NOT expect good service!!! Needless to say, i am now with another provider.
