Bell Canada is making life miserable for Canadians and the only way to teach it respect is to put a dent in the one thing it cares about..the bottom line. 

We are asking Canadian people and businesses to immediately begin boycotting all Bell Canada goods and services. 

We ask those who are locked into Bell contracts to stop using Bell services once their contracts expire.

Boycott Demands

An end to Usage Based Billing (UBB)

Bell agents must stop giving incorrect prices to potential new customers.

Bell sales must stop ultra aggressive sales tactics

Bell must address its position as number one for customer service grievances.

A group of us in my local town notice that our data usage is increasing without addition phone use, even my dear mom has over data charges and she doesn't even use her phone!!!! Koodo here we come

Worst customer resolution. Every month my bill comes with additional charges and every month I phone and complain. Service charges change randomly and every month I need to phone and argue for hours on end. Bell Canada have no idea what they are doing and are money grabbing.

 We all have to complain about Bell. The Government has to do something about this. Every month new charges. How is this possible. We have a contract and they can change their prices randomly and whenever they feel fit. Customer retention guy named Dylan says he is the highest authority and with no customer resolution agreed to cancel our services after being a customer for 20 years. Look at the amount of unhappy customers on their Facebook page. They do not even try and resolve issues. why are Canadians so complacent. if everyone cancelled their Bell services perhaps they would offer a better service.

 i for one am tired of bell and going to be looking elsewhere in the next week or so these people tell me their fibe net was available in my area and reassured me several times it was so i place the order for it so the set appointment for 8am-12pm i call them at 1pm wheres the tech i he will contact you in half an hour he is behind i call again at 3pm wheres the tech he is way behind now well to make a long story short he ends up at my house at 5:30 pm ways away from 12pm then he sits in my driveway for 5 minutes drinking Tim Horton coffee till he realizes im standing at the door then gets out tries to look all business like comes in to my house i show him where my modem is he goes to it hooks a telephone apparatus on the line looks at me and says cant help you sorry then leaves not another word not to to say that i had to take the afternoon off of work losing 150$ of pay because bell couldn't get a technician out in the time frame they provided me i called bell back and they say that the lines are there but not connected to the node and my first question was why is it on your webpage that it is available in my area if it is not and why is your Representatives selling something that is not available and why could you not have told me that before you switch my service from one plan to the next and waist my entire day this is not the first this has happened with bell and it probably wont be the last sorry to rant on your post but bell a multi billion dollar company and the customer service is so horrible the lines in my area are so bad i live in st.thomas Ontario with 38 thousand people they take about 300$ from me a month for services but cant fixed the lines in our area when the phone rings the internet cuts off and that happens to several of my neighbors this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed

I am a victim of harassment from Bell Canada. I was playing catch-up with my bill but over less than $200.00 they felt the need to call every day till i ripped out the phone line, i paid them in full and cancelled my home and cell service with them.I spoke with there head office today and they said it is legal to harass people if money is involved. I have contacted my local MPP but so far there seems to be little that is hapening to stop this. GARY P. CREW P.S. CRTC was notified but no action. Must be Canada EH!

This is the worst internship program put out by Bell Canada.  It is a major scam and exploits 100s of students and new grads.  Bell better come up with ways to make their profits seem larger than they actually are instead of cutting jobs and worsen the quality of their services.

Bell has the worse Custer Service  there  is. Stop wasting money sending bulk mail to ex customer trying to win them back and spend it on properly training your CSRs in Soft Skilland product knowledge. Maybe then you can win ex customers back.

Yesterday i purchased fibe tv line from bell.
Bell sent over 3 technitians 
these three technitiants "worked" practiaclly all day from 9:30 am to 6pm and when they were done...hours later
I realized that they had stolen THOUSANDS of dollars worth of jewellery and watches from my family (now this is not from a lack of supervision or the placement of the items. they were taken from closed droors and jewellery boxes.)
I called bell and the police where a report was taken....but not by bell
after countless calls and attempts at making reports and being yo-yo'd from one person to the other finally i got though to head office only to learn that not a single report had reached them.
Bell shows a complete disregard for the action of their employees and i am yet to see any action taken on their behalf.
All in all the ,message i am getting is...too bad so sad.
DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME and if you choose to then be prepared to spend the day watching closely enough to smell their breath. and you might want to practice being in three places at once considering the number of thechnitians they send out.
The items which were stolen are sentimentally irreplaceable.
If i cannot get any justice then atleast i can warn other people that they CANNOT be trusted.. because if something this unforseeable happens to any of you... well...too bad, so sad.

My Bell Mobility always have charges about "short code programs". Everytime I receive my billing statement, it's always there even though I communicated with their customer service representative several times that we are not using it and followed their CSR instruction. Today, I called them again with the same issue and felt unhappy because they transfer me from two departments back and forth 6 times! Felt bad.

I read the comments and generally not impress with most of the complaints. If you don't pay your bill don't be surprise if they get agressive. Shut them all down is irrelevat comment. There is a serious proble of accessibiity and billing. Boycott is to force correction and improve service. I am joining on those conditions.

I am sickened and disgusted by the way Bell rips us off.  If you cancell services, beware, its all a crap show then, and you have to pay for it.  Customer service is awful, and every agent tells you another story..when will it end.

Worst service... They send our jobs and money over seas. They are rude, greedy. They want more for nothing. Their service is unstable... they own the lines but their hardware and software is pooched. The internet you get from them disconnects and reconnects over and over and over.... you call tech support they tell you it's on your end. As soon as you switch to a differant network like tecksavy etc... it runs as smooth as can be.

I have switched over 5000 people in the last 6 years from bell. Due to this problem and many many others such as over charging... random stuff tacked on their bills. And some larger families simply kicked off internet for bandwidth use... which none of them knew what bandwidth was. In essence being kicked off the internet for no reason.

I could go on and on.... the truth of the matter is friends don't let friends use bell.

Bell is a disgrace to Canada and what it means to be Canadian.

Remember when Bell gave you free touchtone service to switch over from the old rotory service?  Then they said you couldn't go back when they started charging you every month.  Some people never swiched over. Bell did a service upgrade and they got you to pay for it for life! Is a similar internet service upgrade in the making right now?

Bell Canada has been ripping off cstomers since start of their internet services. Millions have been scammed by Bell Canada.

Only some of scams on by Bell Canada:

1. left coutnry for over month, Bell Canada disconnected services and refused to turn them back on even with willing to pay for them.

2. Bell agent called for 3 month Free trial. I accepted after clarifying terms. During this time Bell couldn't get lines to proper working state. Bell extended for another 3 months to test and repair. Still didn't work and billed me for over 1,000 dollars and disconnected phone for senior with similar name. It's still disconnected.

3. Bell Canada is attacking free WIFI / wireless, free community servers and others so they can scam and steal from the public.

Boycott Bell Canada and force them to provide unlimited high speed internet for $19.95 per month. With all costs included Bell still will make large profits. Demand Not to be tracked and your privacy breached.

In the past year, I have had to call Bell Mobility 6 times to correct billing mistakes. At every occasion, it was an error in THEIR favour.

I consider this  behaviour CRIMINAL, and only get a excuse that the error will be corrected at the next billing.

I shudder thinking how much this racket brings in their coffers.

If the CRTC really did its job and checked over these bastards, those responsible would be IN JAIL by now instead of lobbying even harder to crush users under UBB.

Next time this happens, I will sue them. Enough is enough.

I remember once Bell was sending my payments to the wrong account.  The mistake wasn't reflected on my bill and I had no idea what was going on until one day my phone line was cut off.  Of course this happened at the most inconvenient time.
