Blacks working at Avis

Boycott Description

Avis wants a certain type of employee in a certain area of the company. Blacks are put out to work outside checking in cars, during the grunge work, while white employees make more money working indoors in higher paid positions. I recently visited Charlotte Douglas Airport at the Avis location. I thought I was on a plantaiton. The human resource department pushes the outside position on blacks, even if you did not apply for the counter positions. They do not have any blacks working in Human Resources, or that have hiring power thier, so guess why the reoson this goes on. This is the reason why blacks employment rate is higher then anyone else. Inside discrimination. I sugest that blacks do not give Avis or Budjet any of yur busines. Open your eyes the next time you go to thier locations, and look around.

Boycott Demands

I demand they start hiring blacks in the counter positions,and in Human Resources, as Managers, so it would be fair. Whites are cleary sticking together, and are not hiring blacks in certain positions.
