-Paying for a ticket is painful! they always get tagged as a froud and they don't even contact you to fix the issue, they just cancel the ticket.
_ once we call the line in english and customer could not understand or speak english properly, so we told him to just talk to us in Spanish... RESPONSE: NO, I can't you call the english line!!!!!
I can keep writting, but I have to call avianca and fix the last problem i will ever have with them, b/c I WILL NEVER FLY AVIANCA AGAIN!
