Boycott Description

I ordered a Swivel Sweeper from them.  When I received it it did not work properly so I wanted to return it.  The company made it so difficult they made sure it is impossible to return it.  I had followed all their complicated procedures had to pay $10 to ship it back to them then they stated they would charge a 25% restocking fee.  Upon their receiving it they pasted over my label and returned the broken item back to me.  I have telephoned and emailed them for a week now and they do not return my calls.  Very bad company.  I will never order anything on line again. 

Boycott Demands

They should take the Sweeper back and return my money ($46.94 + $10 Return Postage) and send me a letter of apology.
