android phones are the worse smart phones thus yet...
Android is far better alternative then IOS, especially in respect to it's open framework, comparing to IOS's closed environment framework. One thing is, I see android like a windows OS, which is meant to be run on wide varieties of platform and devices, incompare to other alternative that are made for specific devices only. This may bring some issue with some of the devices out there, but being opensource, I believe, fixes are on the way, as the problem get reported.
I am not sure, which customer service you contacted, I reckon you should have contacted the customer service of your device manufacturer, instead of Android itself.. Just my thought though...
Overall Android is awesome..and have seen it efficiently with 99% of the devices out there in market..I reckon you are bit too impulsive to judge and make comment..
