Boycott of Alltel Wireless

Me & my family have been through much... way too much difficulties with Alltel for many years. Yea, you send us a "free" phone we have to pay $250 for every few years, give us a $500 cell phone bill that we have no clue what we are paying for, makeus flunk checks on many occasions justto pay the bill... but saying we havent payed since September 2010, then turning our phones off without notice!?!? We just payed the bill & turn on fee's last month! But ohh, this time you leave us hanging for 2 days without phone service? Ive been calling all day yesterday & all day today non-stop trying to pay my bill & get phones turned back on; yet customer service wont answer their phones?

& on top of all this phone stress youv'e gave me & my family the past couple days; I cant even get a hold of my OB when i go into labor this week. ^^

I have been a customer since 2002.  The last two years I have had to pull tooth and nail to get some service.  My internet didn't work so the messed around so long that I was bound to the contract so I ended up spending another $250 to buy an exterior antenna that didn't do much better.  Now I have to leave my house to talk on my phone.  

A month ago I called to set up payment arrangements.  They messed that up and took to payments out at once that overdrew my bank account and said that was all I owed.  Well low and behold they did take a duplicate payment out today and overdrew my account again.  Now that is $63 in overdraft fees not to mention any food and gas money I had to stretch out for two weeks.  I AM DONE WITH THEM!!!
