Me & my family have been through much... way too much difficulties with Alltel for many years. Yea, you send us a "free" phone we have to pay $250 for every few years, give us a $500 cell phone bill that we have no clue what we are paying for, makeus flunk checks on many occasions justto pay the bill... but saying we havent payed since September 2010, then turning our phones off without notice!?!? We just payed the bill & turn on fee's last month! But ohh, this time you leave us hanging for 2 days without phone service? Ive been calling all day yesterday & all day today non-stop trying to pay my bill & get phones turned back on; yet customer service wont answer their phones?
& on top of all this phone stress youv'e gave me & my family the past couple days; I cant even get a hold of my OB when i go into labor this week. ^^
