Boycott Description

We purchased a acer computer for our son after army basic training which broke down one week later at his AIT training base Fort Lee Virgina. It was sent in for repair and sent back to the wrong address and the military sent it back to acer. Gave acer a new address to ship it to and was told it would go 2 day fedex express but it was shipped standard ground, which again missed my son because he had to report back to base. Hopefully it will show up at my other son's house and get back to the base because we can put a complete address on it. Simple huh!!!. If you support our troops do not support acer.

Boycott Demands

All we ask for is simple good customer service which I do not think they have a clue on how to do that.

fighting for their life

i support the troops because they are not only fighting for us they are fighting for their life over their and being away from their families all this time is heart breaking because some of them wont make it home alive and that breaks my heart. i am a veteran, please support our troops.

ridiculous

i had the same problem, i know that i will never purchase a acer product again, and will not recommend them to anyone, i have done research online and there are numerous complaints about their customer service
