At&T has gotten so big that they have forgotten who buys their products and pays their wages. I ordered a phone promised to be delivered to my house in 3 to 5 business days that they didn't even have. I have spend hours on the phone with them only getting lied to over and over again, mislead, and totally ignored. I as many others were told to go some where else to get service. They just don't care enough to do anything about not losing your business. They plain and simply don't care. You might be happy now but just wait until you have an issue thats a little hard to solve. They'll just brush you off and tell you to go some where else. Help me send a message to AT&T that we will no longer put up with this kind of customer service. Demand better customer service. Demand accountability. Demand that they don't sell products that they don't have. Demand that they resolve your issue, don't let them push you around any more. Demand to not be lied to. Demand that the person who says that they are doing everything they can actually are. Demand respect. Don't let them get away with this anymore. Another reason to boycott AT&T Wireless: They offer SEIU Union Thugs 15% off all family and individual plans.
AT&T currently has many autotext options to keep you informed regarding your wireless account. They will auto text you about your address update, your payments etc. But they REFUSE to autotext customers that reach the threshold of their anytime minutes and enter overage rate territory. So any customer that loses track of their minutes may gab away for hours, days or even weeks without knowing they're getting REAMED at 45 cents per minute. Everyone knows AT&T's reputation is going down the tubes but let's do something about it! Write your congressperson, your senator. Write Elizabeth Warren. And notify the Better Business Bureau and the FTC. They all have online complaint forms. You can simply copy and paste the same text to the various sites. Hopefully together we can put the breaks on a big company that's gone bad.
for not fulfilling their contract. I want them to be fined by government for falsely billing people and/or their companies for service they are not and have not been receiving. According to their bills, I have had a wireless internet connection with a Sierra Lightning USB305 device. The corporation, AT&T is built on lies and everyone knows it. They know they are liable and I may go as far as dragging Sierra Wireless into their problem. Boycotting them is just one thing that I think everyone should do for their own protection.
AT&T Wireless has not responded to this boycott yet.
