The worst service and techs in the cable industry!!! Your company does not resolve and of the problems at hand!!!
AT&T is too BIG. They don't give a damn about their customers who have problems with their u-verse system. After finally getting a customer rep. who said they had fixed my system from FREEZING AND LOOSING SIGNAL over 30 times a day, it the problem continues. No one seems to know how to fix it and I will be moving from att shortly.
I had AT&T DSL for years and never had a promlem with it. They switched me over to U-Verse in Feb. not because I wanted it was my only option to stay with ATT. I have have so many problems with it from the day they installed it. I lost count of how many calls I have made, how many hours I have been on phone, four technicians at my house over the months. Wasn't sending or emailing me a bill so I got behind and of course it was my fault they did not send bill and they shut my internet off (not)! Now they are trying to charge me a re-activation fee. I just don't get it! And internet is still not running as good as it did with AT&T DSL.

I agree with this poster. Consumer's need to be more mindful of the practices of this company. We have more choices than the likes of AT&T. I've been a customer of this company for over 30 years; back when it was owned by Bell Telephone, etc.
One week from today, I will be dropping AT&T like a bad habit. That company won't get one more penny from me!
AT&T Uverse has not responded to this boycott yet.
